baggle.com is an online marketplace where businesses and freelancers can trade what they have or do, for whatever they need, using a combination of trade credits (blockchain) and fiat currency e.g. GBP, EUR, USD.
To deliver the business model the baggl team needed a robust multi-vendor ecommerce solution which would allow members to barter and haggle directly with each other, over both price and the cash vs. barter ratio. Making this work was critical to success for baggl and essential to allow all parties to walk away form each deal with the best possible agreement.

We begin each project by spending time with our client, gathering all of their requirements, exploring if what they had envisioned hope is possible, whilst agreeing objectives and timelines. For this project it was critical that we all had a shared vision for the customer journey. Once we had agreed a plan, we got to work.
Knowing the aspirations for the customer journey helped form the foundations for developing the user experience (UX) design. This was achieved by creating a fully functional, multi-vendor platform, which would allow each independent vendor to sell their products through a single storefront. Each user has access to a flexible product approval system and an advanced secure payment system. This means that everyone using the platform can operate as both a buyer and a seller.
One of the most unique parts of our solution was the ability to replicate the seller’s entire administrative platform on the frontend marketplace. This implies that a seller does not have to exit the marketplace to view their sales, inventory, order history and more. This feature is not only superb but provides a distinctive user experience to the seller!
Something else worth mentioning is our checkout development which allows buyers to seamlessly make payment either with their payment cards, trade credits or a combination of both.
Our solution also created a system where users can purchase trade credit, either directly with their payment cards, or as a form of credit line from the platform. We ensured full articulation of credit history and purchases.
Upon completion of the initial works, we worked collaboratively with baggl to fully test the system to ensure it was flawless.
We have created a completely unique platform, which is designed to meet baggl’s bespoke requirements. We completed this project quickly, meeting some extremely tight deadlines. Throughout the development project we provided 24/7 support and the highest standards of quality, with a dedicated team on call.
We are still working with this client as they progress towards launching the new platform, but early testing shows that the solution we have created will deliver fast navigation across a logical and intuitive customer journey. We have designed the platform so that it supports customer acquisition, engagement and conversion, using a robust block chain solution to allow seamless transactions. Although not yet live, the work we have done will assist this client in maximising their profitability. Whilst at the same time keeping their members coming back.
